How will we use your data?
Our Company collects your data so that we can:

Process your booking/order and manage your account.

Email you with special offers on other products and services that we think you might like and news that is relevant to you.

Email/Text/Whatsapp you about Franchise opportunities if you have identified an interest in receiving this information.

We will never share your details with external parties unless written agreement is given by you first, except in the case of UK Government requirements for sharing your name, email/phone number for Track and Trace purposed or other legal obligations imposed by the Government. These will be given to the UK Government upon request.
How do we store your data?
Our Company securely stores your data on our Booking System, which you have access to at any time to manage your details and account. We may store details on a password protected cloud CRM system and database and on our subscription list partner Wix.com and/or local subscription lists created by individual Franchisees all of which require security protection for accessing.
Our Company will keep your email address on our subscription list until you request to remove it.
Registration/Booking form details will be stored on our Booking System, currently Book That In. When you book with us you are creating the data on your account and then sharing it with us. Because of this you can log in to your account at any time by going to https://www.bookthatin.com/ and you can update or delete the data being shared with us.

Our Company may also keep your Registration/Booking form on our local cloud based system and/or Email server that is password protected.
Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we will only hold your Data on our systems for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy policy or until you request that the Data be deleted.
Even if we delete your Data, it may continue to be stored on backup or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.

Marketing
We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well news and event information that may be of interest to you. We may also send you details of our Franchise opportunities when they become available.
If you have completed one of these actions then you have agreed to receive marketing communications and we will add you to our mailing list however, you can opt out at a later date:
* Completing a Registration form,
* Downloading our Franchise Prospectus,
* Completing one of our forms e.g. contact form online.
* Requesting to be on our mailing list
* Ordering through our webshop.

From time to time we may text/Whatsapp you about Franchise opportunities too if you have expressed an interest in receiving this information. You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.
If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email: data@nature-makers.co.uk with the Subject: Remove from Database or select to Unsubscribe when receiving a mail powered by Wix or another mailing provider. For texts/Whatsapp simply text back the word STOP and we will remove you from our mailing list.
What are your data protection rights?
Under the current data protection laws please note that you have the following rights:

* The right to rectification – the right to request that we correct any information that you believe is not correct or add to information that is missing.

* The right to data portability –the right to request that we should transfer the data that we have collected on you to another organisation, company or directly to you, under certain conditions. This may incur a small fee for completing this request.
